Unlike some organizations where the title of Senior is awarded too quickly, we only award it after a minimum of 7 years' experience in the same sector. This essential requirement guarantees the expertise of our professionals. No senior consultant or advisor has less than 10 to 30 years' experience.
We've also introduced a rigorous progression system for our younger staff, with clearly defined stages in Jedi style : Padawan (3 years), Jedi (5 years) and Master (7 years). This approach underlines our commitment to continuous skills development, in both French and English.

Our teams are made up of a variety of backgrounds: polytechnics, industrial engineers, even sales engineers. We also have graduates in computer science and economics, enriched by multiple masters specializing in management or strategic intelligence.
A few technical exceptions confirm the rule, because while method is essential, passion remains paramount.
However, all this is rigorously supervised by the certifications and cyber combat course we impose on our RANGERS! Joining the team takes time, as its composition demands. Among the greatest philosophers who believed that study and experience were the most important things, Aristotle occupies a central place.
Aristotle, a Greek philosopher of the fourth century BC, emphasised empirical observation and experiential learning as the foundations of knowledge. He believed that understanding the world required in-depth study and direct experience of natural phenomena.
Similarly, John Locke, a 17th-century English philosopher, is regarded as one of the fathers of empiricism. He argued that all knowledge comes from sensory experience and that the human mind is a ‘tabula rasa’ at birth, filling up with experience and learning.
These philosophers emphasised the importance of continuous study and the accumulation of experience in achieving wisdom and understanding of the world.
